As you can see in these before and after shots, a narrow deck and railing cut this Hillcrest home off from the existing pool and lounge space. A minimal deck, without a railing, connected the two spaces, while a new cabana cleanly added storage space and concealed the air conditioning unit.

The Cabana was designed and built to match the house addition and all aspects from the windows to the roof line and siding were perfectly coordinated. A new pergola and sunken flagstone terrace will provide a comfortable, private lounge area right next to the new sundeck.
