A smaller urban lot does not leave much room for a lawn so the rear terrace needed to be both hard wearing and pet friendly while not feel too much like a lot of paving.
A combination of Cedar decking and a Cedar pergola added many soft, warm accents while providing privacy and year – round seating. A small shed with an integrated green roof accommodated storage needs and a crushed granite patio provided a lower lounge area with European flair without adding what looks like a lot of paving.
