Commercial: Townhouse Building ComplexThis project aimed to enhance and re-define the entrance to this building complex and create a strong sense of pride of ownership and welcome for the residents and guests.
There were lingering grading issues and open permits that required some due diligence with municipal officials and some innovative solutions to handle stormwater run-off while conforming with City guidelines. WE installed creative and decorative barriers to prevent damage to the building façade from vehicle traffic and service vehicles.
