This project's goal was multi-faceted. To replace the original front entrance and create a sense of entry and building branding while providing a distinct style and flair for the building entrance that complements the original architecture. Plus a roof-deck re-construction and an addition of a new pergola and planters.
The entire roof was due for replacement and repair, so the roof terrace and amenity areas were reconstructed as part of the process. The longevity and durability of project elements were balanced against the next roof replacement, which will occur within a 25-year lifecycle.
